Well Kelvin I am looking at monitoring the network actually not the servers as for the budget , there is no limit,since it is coming down from management they are looking for solutions, that can monitor bandwidth and provide report based on specific times. I don't know of any off head , but i do know of solar winds and nagios but i taught there might be other solutions available.
