A /64 is barely enough bits for a ~2 m resolution on Earth surface, and barely to the Karman line. In practice you'd aim for ~um resolution for all major gravity wells in this system (DTN is already flying, there's a Cisco box in Earth orbit, Moon and Mars are next). (And of course if you're you're going to multiply above by 10^11, or so. Eventually).
