208.0.0.0/8 is an ARIN block, and ARIN has allocation data for the
blocks immediately adjoining 208.64.200.0/22, but no allocation data for
208.64.200.0/22 itself, either in WHOIS or in the website. Nor does
208.64.200.0/22 appear to be "special" in any way.
Is this an oversight? How do I get it corrected, if it is?
No whois. No route in the global table at this time. My first guess
would be it's not allocated/assigned to anyone at this time.
According to RIPE RIS:
This prefix originated from AS11730 (CIL-ASN - Circle Internet LTD) [last

Hijacked unallocated space?
