Hi, I've got a few companies keen to buy "cheaper" "local" LINX traffic. As they are too small to register at RIPE and buy LINX fees and peer, I believe, out there should be companies selling transit to UK routing table at LINX. Aternative UK's IXs would be of interest too. Is it viable service for ISPs these days?
