[nanogui] compiling errors--help

Hi,all！
When I install the microwin in my native Fedora Core 6 Sys,I've got some errors 
like static vars redefined!but when I do that in Red Hat 9,there is not any 
errors like that!Has it anything to do with the native System or the version of 
GCC?
