Hello all,

I've modified the LoopTask to iterate over XML elements defined in an
external file, this new behavior will create multiple Project.properties out
of its attributes.
This can be handy when end-users (release managers) need to modify the build
behavior without touching the build files or it can also be used to override
default property values to accommodate developer-specific configurations.

The new Item Type is called: "Node" and the "property" value declares the
xml element.

Example implementation:
External XML file:
<manifest name="nightly">
        <component name="common" path="dev\src\common"
vsspath="$/dev/src/common" version="4.0.0.3"/>
        <component name="environment" path="dev\src\environment"
vsspath="$/dev/src/environment" version="4.0.07"/>
</manifest>

Build File:
                <foreach item="Node" in="manifest.xml" property="component">
                <echo message="name=${name}   path=${path}
vsspath=${vsspath}   version=${version}"/>
            </foreach>

If you guys think this additional behavior might be useful, can someone
please update the official looptask.cs file with the attached file?
 <<LoopTask.cs>>
Thanks,
Jorge
