[nant-dev] cvs re-org

The cvs-reorg has been done on the cvs server. You'll need to checkout 
a completely fresh client as the directory structure has changed 
significantly. There are a couple of other small changes pending but 
they aren't nearly as large. Everything seems to be building and running 
cleanly.
