The makefile.linux depends on bin/linux/* files, but they aren't included in
the dist. I grabbed them from the CVS Attic and the build went fine
otherwise. CVS seemed to indicate the project has moved to platform dlls in
a lib dir, but they weren't disted either, so I'm not sure what method is
the right one to use. Is the right way to get a nant for mono still the
makefile.linux?

I haven't yet succeeded at getting mininant.exe to compile anything though,
it doesn't seem to like any framework names I pass it, like '<property
name="nant.settings.currentframework" value="mono-1.0"/>' (which I'm
guessing by the .config is the framework I'm supposed to use) causes it to
complain 'Error setting current Framework. mono-1.0 is not a valid framework
identifier.', and without a currentframework, it tries to call csc. The
mininant.exe.config looks ok, and the atimes show it being read, so I'm at a
loss as to what's going wrong. Any tips, or docs on the use-on-mono
process?
