I've made the appropriate changes. I've named the attribute "changecase", possible values are None, Upper, and Lower. None is the default value. I.e. you can write
<sysinfo changecase="Upper" /> Unfortunately, our firewall doesn't allow access to external CVS. How can I contribute my changes?
