Sorry this took so long for me to post, but I wanted to use the latest version
of NAnt source available to me (I pulled it down from the nightly builds).
The version of NAnt we currently use was too outdated and modified, to extract
the changes; it was easier to rewrite the patch from scratch.

I have done some rudimentary testing, and I will continue to do some more. A
side note: we found that the latest version of NAnt has a breaking change that
affects all of our builds (this is to do with the change to the "call" task),
so I had to write some "on the spot" tests instead...

A few things a about the patch: The patch is straightforward and should be
simple to understand. It does not introduce any new source modules, but does
add a new inner protected struct "ResourceLinkage" that is used by
CompilerBase and its decedents, as well as a new abstract method.

Currently only the C# side of things is complete (everything else will still
compile/work; it will just never find resx namespace/class-name linkage). The
regular expressions I've used for C#, can probably just be copied for J# and
JScript replacing the stubs that are in those languages now. Someone still
needs to fill in the missing code for the VB compiler to complete the patch.
I am more then willing to do this (or at least do a first attempt), but it
might be better if someone more familiar with the language adds them instead.
The function to look at is PerformSearchForResourceLinkage.

Please, let we me know what you think.
Enjoy.
James.
