For now I just require that NANt is installed, we can focus on building it
(from source) sometime soon, but it can wait.

I think I've figured this out (mainly) a couple of questions.

1) What is the CS equivalent of CLASSPATH? Is there one? I
see -lib:PATH1,PATH2 on MCS, so do I pass a -Dlib.path or something to NAnt?
[Some this is CS basic, I'm just not savvy to this environment.]

Hmm, I just tried with NAnt and Mono on Microsoft. Is the <csc tasks picking
up something in my environment that makes it look here and not find .Net?
Will NAnt work with Mono on a Microsoft platform? Do I need to override
something?

F:\data\OSS\cs\test.build(8,6):
[csc] C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705\csc.exe failed to start.
 The system cannot find the file specified
