Summary: file date time

Initial Comment:
I checked the file::up-to-date function, looks like it's 
not working!

Actually I want to zip all the file under a folder which 
has a datetime greater than a certain date. It's very 
difficult to do that. Maybe the fileset should include a 
filter attribute?
