Those tasks are better handled by a build coordinator
tool.
Check out one of these (both support using nant to do the
actual build):
These tools monitor source control systems (or even just
a directory on the file system in the case of cruisecontrol.net) and trigger a
build (i.e. start nant) when a change is
detected.
