That's why I assumed the files from 03/04 were corrupt. Rather, I have noticed that the download terminates abruptly at seemingly random points in the download. I have attempted to download the file 4 times over the past half hour, with it quitting after 1.47 mb, 2.57 mb, 3.32 mb, and 1.68 mb. My guess is that there is an issue with sourceforge's servers.
