Summary: NAnt assemblies are not signed

Initial Comment:
Currently, we do not sign our assemblies.

As mentioned by Jonathan Chambers, this can result in securty issues (if you 
want to run NAnt from a network share).

We should check if signing our assemblies does not break backward compatibility 
with existing extension libraries (since our assembly name changes because of 
this).

Also, if I recall correctly then it's not possible to reference unsigned 
assemblies from a signed one.
