Hi Steve, I've added support for Windows SDK 6.1 to CVS.
I don't think we explicitly need to check the Wow6432Node registry keys. I tried to run NAnt both compiled targeting .NET 1.0 (which means it will run in WOW64) and .NET 2.0 on Vista x64, and had no problems. I'll try to get a new nightly build up tomorrow, but I've been struggling with cygwin issues uploading files using the new sourceforge shell service.
