Hi Ryan,

I dig into this runtime related issue and I found an aproach how we can 
handle this without Legacy Binding. I did this with an extension method. 
But I will do some more tests esp. I need to build my extension assembly 
in nmake bootstrapper.

I will post a follow up the next days.
