I need to create a complete install package which can
then be taken to a machine with any OS (windows, win98
and above).
The installer then should be able to detect the
absence of .NET framework and install appropriate
version before installing the application.
I have the NAnt install which works on machines with
the framework installed.
Any help/pointers?
