I appreciate the response. Below is the target I have setup; which does compile the assembly without issues, it just won?t install in the GAC. The problem must be associated with the command-line compiler parameters.
I tried the build with verbose output and the result contains too much confidential information to post publicly to this list server.

Can you share the relevant part of your build scripts with us, and include a
verbose log ?
