Announcing Beta 5 for CI Factory 0.8.0.143. It can be downloaded

So I referenced a surprise that might happen in the last two releases. It
was for NCover and the ability to set the process that you want coverage
collected on. This is important to MSTest users the utilize app.configs for
their test assemblies. So you don't have to use the /noisolation switch
anymore.
The big news for this release is that the Vault package is ready for use.
This is due to Ibrahim Folarin. He put a lot of hard work into this
package. Thanks Ibrahim Folarin. :-)
