http://ant-contrib.sourceforge.net/tasks/outofdate.html looks like something
that doesn't exist in NAntContrib yet. If you want we can give you access to
the nant-contrib sf.net cvs tree and you can write it :) Or if you would
rather, just put together a patch of the source and tests, then someone on
the nantcontib list will commit.

Most of the code is already written in one of two other tasks. It should
just be a matter of combining a few existing objects :) (but when hasn't an
assumption come back to bite my ass?)

P.S. I've hijacked this discussion to the nantcontrib list ...
