They provide COM+ Component Services automation (Start Application, Shutdown Application, Install COM Component, Remove COM Component). Included in the attached ZIP file: C# project files including source for 4 tasks, NDocs, Sample build file, Sample COM component (test.dll) and vb6 project, COMAdmin interop dll, which is wrapped by the tasks. You will need to have Component Services or MTS installed locally to use the tasks.
