This was introduced in 2.0

It involves two tables MsiDigitalSignature and MsiDigitalCertificate tables. I 
have not been able to figure out how they are used so I was hoping someone else 
has been through the learning curve and would share their experience.

I am not aware that this is possible.  It might be worth asking the
platformsdk.msi newsgroup to find out how to sign an msi file.
