For this sort of scenario, I see two ways to solve it:
- DHCP prefix delegation
(this host is acting as a router, so it should be a proper router, and
DHCP PD is a very sane way to get a new prefix for "clients")
- N:1 NAPT66
all other stuff, like "setting up tunnels all over the place" is going to
drive up complexity in insane ways. Who is supposed to troubleshoot all
the tunneling mess?
