This is quite possible. But solvable by only running evolution on one of
the boxes. In almost all cases i think this will be acceptable, as you
really only need one instance of the mailer. Of course, if it could be
fixed it would be even nicer.

Requiring such a setup is pretty demanding, for the conceptually trivial
thing of having two personal desktop machines. We all know this won't
happen at most places.
