Hi Daniel.

This functionality was removed during implementation of
freedesktop-complaint menus. In gnome 2.10 there is no way to edit
menus, but you can upgrade to 2.12 and start using gnome-menu-editor.

Other vfolders was removed also during upgrade of control-center. There
was a lot discussions about it, try searching archives.
