[PATCH] Indent 12 pixels i.s.o. 4 characters in file management preferences

Indenting on every sub item (e.g. "View new folders using:" under "Default View") was done by using 4 characters instead of an alignment widget.
Attached patch corrects that and uses 12 pixels (recommended in the HIG) alignments. 


NOTE this might be immediately clear in the patch but this is due to the 
cutting and pasting I needed to do in glade and glade adding default 
settings for some properties.
