Bruce, how do you install icons into ~/.icons/hicolor? If I install only my icons and create an index.theme file, listing the directory of these two icons, then different applications suddenly cannot find their icons anymore (most notably network manager applet). Is there something special I have to consider, when creating the index.theme? Or is that just the way it is? (I took the index.theme from the example in the freedesktop specification and reduced to my needs) Thanks and regards!
