Dear Timothy, Same I tried, but the issue is: source is giving the old version 2.30.1 and currently installed GNOME2.30.2 (ubuntu 10.04). So the features like compress..., sharing options, Send To... (right click context menu on desktop icon view) are not coming in 2.30.1.
Actually issue is : *Am I understanding wrongly that they are part of nautilus, but they are not? how these options are disappeared from 2.30.1? Were they not included in original 2.30.1? Are they included in the later version of nautilus like 2.30.2...? Or anyother reason. How these options can be added if disappeared?* Your suggestions will help to understand it correctly.
