I've been running your 2020-06-07 time_t Ns_Time fix for a week, that completely fixed the problem with the scheduler thread getting stuck. I just recently upgraded to your 06-14 fixes as well. The other Windows regression test failures don't seem to affect me, but I'll still put some time into some them if/when I come up with any better ideas for how to debug them.
