Dear Yateen, this error message is occurred because there is an extra words (lenth) is added in any field.
for example-
in Item Table
you have define that only 30 characters are allowed for Description field and
someone has entered 31 characters in this field then system will show you this
error message at the time of merging, importing, of the objects.
so check the same.
