Excellent idea to have consistent versioning!
Such web page should have RSS feed, that would list changes in versions.
Bonus for separating the pages on per-device basis, so I can subscribe to
changes for platform I have only.

I know that there is a way to get RSS feed on SVN commits, but that is
too-low level and not informative for me.
