Rework NBD_OPT_GO reply (yet again), where the first patch introduces the framework of NBD_REP_INFO/NBD_REP_EXPORT and the second extends the framework with NBD_INFO_BLOCK_SIZE. Add NBD_OPT_BLOCK_SIZE for the client to advertise that it will obey alignment constraints. Document a default minimum block size of 1, and default minimum block size of 4096. Tweak some wordings based on review.
