We are in process of pulling together items for the upcoming SNAP and CIP
submissions. Please try to bring or send to us your items as soon as possible.
An example would be as attached from Roseland Estate.
Please keep in mind the guidelines around the SNAP vs. CIP submissions. SNAP
items are those that are typically $350k or less.
