Give this site a try. There is a listing of all the test labs and
their capabilities at this web site. There is a section about routing.

Everyone,

I am interested in acquiring an information on what
lab or organization is capable of testing a router
product to the RFC requirements/protocols such as:

RFC 768 User Datagram Protocol
RFC 792/STD 005 Internet Control Message Protocol
RFC 793 DoD standard Transmission Control Protocol
RFC 826/STD 037 Address Resolution Protocol
RFC 950/STD 005 Internet Control Message Protocol
RFC 951 Bootstrap Protocol
RFC 959 File Transfer Protocol
RFC 1001 TCP/UDP transport methods
RFC 1002 UDP transport specification
RFC 1058 Routing Information Protocol
RFC 1112 IP Multicasting

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,
