To fix the problem I have added this line in the build.propertis of
pagination+picture projetc :

jars.extra.classpath =
platform:/plugin/org.eclipse.swt,platform:/plugin/org.eclipse.ui.forms

In local, I can build and install pagination+picture project. Hope it will
be OK for the real build.
