As per the directive from the NEISA Executive Committee, the ICSA President is
convening a meeting of the ICSA Board of Directors to discuss the sponsorship
contract with Laser Performance and the manner in which it was negotiated.
In accordance with Article VI, Section 2, of the By Laws of the
Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association of North America, Inc. ("Bylaws"), notice
is hereby given that a Special Executive Session of the Board of Directors of
the Intercollegiate Sailing Association of North America will be held on
Tuesday, December 11, 2012 to consider and act upon the following matters:
