HP TO SPEND $200M ON LAYOFFS

months on staff reductions, the company said Tuesday in a regulatory

IBM TO ACQUIRE LIFE INSURANCE PROCESSING, ADMIN COMPANY

U.S. business process services operation of RBC Insurance, IBM and RBC
