This is pretty much the same list I came up with,  I have already spent
some time with the plan (cause I am a computer dude) and lots of
research on what has been done by others.  

I am thinking the hardest one will be #1,  still working on the rough
draft of the conversation.  But I have 8 years to finish the project so
I am looking for the opportunity some time after our trip to BVI to sail
a 50 ft Beneteau for 10 days in may.
