Prop. 200 blocked by judge for now
A federal judge in Tucson blocked the state yesterday from enforcing
Proposition 200, at least for the next three weeks. U.S. District Judge David

down the Phoenix Suns. Nash finished with 20 points and 14 assists just four
days after sustaining a concussion, and led the high-octane Suns to their
eighth straight win, 115-102 over the Utah Jazz last night.

aggressive practice called war driving, which entails driving around town using
special software to seek out open wireless networks. Is it stealing?
