The Eldorado had the Level-Ride from the factory, but the previous
owner removed the entire system. In refurbishing the car for
towing, I added Monroe manual air shocks and AirLift air springs in
the rear along with new Cargo Coil coil springs. In hitching the
car, I follow the basic instructions in the manual load the trunk
and place the ball mount in the receiver and add air to the
shocks/springs in equal amounts to level. It is then the standard
hitching procedure with the Reese Dual Cam system.

I can't believe the difference that the front end work made - -
finally, no more contact between the front fenders and tires. After
more than a year, I was finally able to see the improvement in ride
that four wheels that are actually true and round can make when they
are added to a suspension that is performing as designed. Next
week, I will be hitching up the Minuet for a test spin around the
county to verify that the repairs are a total success.
