    Description
     
    The successful applicant needs to 
      have atleast 24 months of relevant experience in building VB / SQL Server 
      / Crystal Reports applications. They must have minimum 18 months 
      experience in developing web applications using ASP / _javascript_ / HTML / 
      DHTML / IIS / COM / DCOM. An overall experience of 3 years in IT and a 
      Computer degree is a must for you to make it for this position. If you 
      have .Net knowledge and have worked on either of VB.Net, ASP.Net or C# in 
      the past you will certainly have a distinct advantage over other 
      applicants.Candidates must have worked in a professional 
      environment and be conversant with each of the phases involved in software 
      development life cycle. Good communication and analytical skills are

    We are looking for highly 
      self-motivated developers who can deliver as per tight deadlines. They 
      would be expected to perform following duties:- System Analysis 
      and Coding as per the project specifications- Reporting to the Project 
      Manager- Configure development environment for the Project as per the 
      guidelines- Monitor and report on Project progress to the Project 
      Manager- Check-In & Check-Out the source code from Visual source
