Hi, I have a HA cluster containing 2 Neo4j instances running on VMs that are included in a Windows Failover Cluster. Both VMs run Windows Server 2012 R2. My question is: do I still have to set up a load balancer for the HA Cluster or is the load balancer running on cluster sufficient?
