Hi, I'm writing a cool installer for the Neo4j-based Assimilation software. Part of what the installer does is install Neo4j.
When I try and install it on Fedora 21 or 22, I can't - because the Neo4j RPM is locked into 1.7.0, and 1.8.0 is all that's available from Fedora. I think the RPM could have the dependency just be on java, and then it would accept any package that provided java. Then I could install on Fedora and be happy :-D. I realize that Fedora isn't a production system, but I also assume that 1.7.0 is going to go away in the foreseeable future.
