I'm pretty new to UNIX administration. Just installed neo4j debian package
on my Ubuntu 16.04 machine.
Although operation manual recommends changing file descriptor limit for all
user, Today I wonder if I can change it only for user neo4j. However when I
tried
$ su - neo4j

I tried "neo4j" into the password prompt but rejected. Does this means I
have to start neo4j using sudo?
