Yup, noticed that as well.  Also, I even emailed the ebay seller  without 
response.
 
For my purpose, I was not bidding against his shill bidder since he dropped 
 off early on, so I was OK with the purchase.

And then quit bidding when the price climbed to what he must  have
wanted for the 7971's.

Ebay can be such a  cesspool.
