I've to tell you that I didn't studied electronic and npn transistor
is very obscure to me.
If someone can confirm this schematics, that's will be great !

I had problems with IN14 tubes in a clock with seconds blinking decimal
point.The illuminated digit was changing in brightness when decimal point
flash. Annoying.
Solution was in my clock to instead of use one anode resistor of say 10 Kohm
i used 10 cathode resistors of 10Kohm and one 100Kohm decimal point
resistor. Then brightness did not flicker if DP. was on or off. Could be
good to know. Resistor values is just for an example.
