An interesting book, the volume I have is published in 1969 so it is in the period that interests many. Several chapters on photoemission (materials, diodes, tubes), semiconductors as photodevices, image intensifiers and electroluminescent devices. Mostly theory and equations but with a few practical, illustrative circuits. Not a bad gamble as Abe Books has copies starting at GBP 0.69 plus postage...
