We have no control on when or how digests are sent - it's Google "magic".
It would also help greatly if people didn't reply to digest messages as that breaks the threading on the forum proper. Also, please trim the trailer blurb and the thread when replying to a message - there is no need to maintain the thread in its entirety in each reply...
