I caught a glimpse of it. Had to replay that part a couple of times. 0.2sec might be generous. It looks to be on the fuel pump. I vaguely remember numitrons on gas pumps. I definitely remember 7-segment neon panaplex-like displays being used. They had those at the gas station I regularly used, for a couple of years. But that would be back in the 80's. At least I learned something, by watching the rest of the video.
